Event Delivery and Project Management

EI provides a turnkey production and event management service. This involves the identification, specification and procurement of all event services from PA systems lights/staging, stewarding, site crew, cleansing, first aid/medical facilities, through to the provision of marquees and temporary venues, catering & bars, power & distribution supplies and fulfilling the technical requirements of even the most demanding artists and companies.

EI management will be on site from the day of commencement of any build until the final piece of infrastructure is removed. To assist in managing this process we also provide stage/technical managers for sites / performances as required being able to draw upon the resources of a large pool of experienced freelance support staff.

As part of the procurement process EI fully manage the production budgets for events, identifying costs, obtaining quotations, issuing tenders as required by local authority financial regulations issuing contracts and managing payments to all sub contractors. This information is maintained and provided in regular updates to local authority project managers; EI does not mark up any of these costs and operates full transparency on all transactions. We have regularly undertaken the management of project budgets between £150,000 – £750,000.

As Event International specialises in the organisation of public events in public spaces, it is critical to the company’s activities that it keeps abreast of all statutory legislation affecting event organisation, in addition to having NEBOSH qualified production managers, the company has also played a national role in the formulation of guidance on the organisation of outdoor events (see the ISAN publication"Safety Guidance for Street Arts, Carnival Processions, and Large -Scale Performances" which has been endorsed by the Health and Safety Executive)
